How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using our Cancel Order Form

Please note that cancellations are only possible shortly after payment.
Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped, you can either:

• Refuse the parcel upon delivery, and it will be automatically returned to us, or

• Accept the delivery and then request a return in accordance with our Return Policy

Once the parcel has reached our warehouse, we’ll process your refund in line with our return guidelines.
