When will my order be delivered?

Orders typically arrive within 2 to 8 days, depending on when you place your order and the destination country. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Here’s an overview of the process:

• Day 1 – Order placed and payment confirmed

• Day 2–3 – Order prepared and handed over to the carrier

• Day 4 – Shipment begins transit to your country in Europe

• Day 5–8 – Final delivery, depending on destination and local courier services

• Spain: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla

• France: Corsica, Principality of Monaco, Overseas Departments and Territories (including French Polynesia)

• Portugal: Madeira and Azores

• Italy: Sicily and Sardinia

• United Kingdom: Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey)

• Other: Principality of Andorra, Malta, Cyprus, Norway

• Delays & Responsibility: We strive to meet delivery estimates but cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or issues due to incorrect/incomplete address details. For more information, please refer to our Order Delivery Problems section.

• Proof of Delivery and Risk Transfer: Your order is considered delivered only when the package is physically handed to you or a designated recipient, with risk transferring at that point; we rely on carrier tracking and delivery confirmation as legal proof in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. • Delivery Date Definition: it is the official date your order is considered delivered.

  • The day you (or the person you designated) receive the package, or

  • The day the courier makes the first delivery attempt or leaves a delivery notice.

  • If a package is sent to a pickup point, the delivery date will correspond to the first notification from the carrier that your parcel is available for collection.
