Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Our warehouse and customer service operate Monday to Friday (closed Friday afternoon, weekends, and public holidays). Orders placed after Friday midday are usually dispatched on Monday.

Shipping & Delivery

Once processed, you’ll receive a tracking email. Carriers may also limit operations on weekends and holidays, which can slightly delay delivery.

Non-Working and Holiday Periods

No orders are prepared or dispatched on weekends, public holidays, or during our inventory periods (twice a year, lasting a few days).

Our French warehouse will also be closed on the following 2026 public holidays:
1 January, 6 April, 1 May, 8 May, 14 May, 25 May, 14 July, 11 November, 25 December.
