What happens if a product I ordered is out of stock?

If an item you ordered is no longer available, it will be automatically refunded, and you’ll receive an email notification confirming the refund.

We make every effort to keep our stock levels accurate, but during periods of high demand or sales, items can sell out very quickly. Sale items are often the last pieces available, so availability cannot always be guaranteed at the time your order is processed.

Don’t worry if your favourite item isn’t available — we’ll do our best to make it up to you. In some cases, our team may provide a discount code for your next purchase as a thank-you for your understanding.
